Our Mission at Arc
Arc Lacrosse Club is a select lacrosse program run for and by women in the Seattle greater area. Our mission is to develop strong athletes while fostering a team first mentality, work ethic, perseverance, confidence and good sportsmanship. It is our goal to empower young women through sports by providing a competitive environment where it is safe for athletes to learn and grow.
Primary objectives of Arc:

Develop a strong foundation in fundamental skills

Cultivate field IQ and understanding of offensive/defensive systems

Build strong, respectful relationships between peers and coaches

Strengthen community ties and encourage female leadership
In pursuit of these objectives, Arc offers:

Fast paced and organized practices, weekly stick-work sessions and speed-training for all players

Experienced coaching staff – former & current NCAA players and coaches

Developmental camps and clinics for players at all ages and levels

Comprehensive and competitive tournament schedules providing collegiate coach exposure

Recruitment support and guidance for high school student-athletes aspiring to play at the next level
