Arc Lacrosse Club is a select lacrosse program run for and by women in the Seattle greater area. Our mission is to develop strong athletes while fostering a team first mentality, work ethic, perseverance, confidence and good sportsmanship. It is our goal to empower young women through sports by providing a competitive environment where it is safe for athletes to learn and grow. 

Primary objectives of Arc: 

-Develop a strong foundation in fundamental skills
-Cultivate field IQ and understanding of offensive/defensive systems 
-Build strong, respectful relationships between peers and coaches 
-Strengthen community ties and encourage female leadership

In pursuit of these objectives, Arc offers: 

-Fast paced and organized practices, weekly stick-work sessions and speed-training for all players 
-Experienced coaching staff – former & current NCAA players and coaches 
-Developmental camps and clinics for players at all ages and levels 
-Comprehensive and competitive tournament schedules providing collegiate coach exposure 
-Recruitment support and guidance for high school student-athletes aspiring to play at the next level
