SUMMER 2024
Arc seeks motivated youth players looking to develop and elevate their game through fast paced practices and competitive tournament play. We are welcoming players in the 2028-2031 high school graduation years to form 3 teams for the summer season. Team makeup and organization is tentative based on the participation and outcome at tryouts.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Our youth teams will participate in the following events (tentative plan & schedule as of 12/2023):

PRACTICES
Practice and training sessions will focus on developing strong fundamental skills in addition to building an understanding of offensive and defensive systems. Tentatively, lacrosse practices will be held on Sundays and one weeknight beginning in early June and running through the final tournament. Additional weekly speed training, conditioning and stick-work sessions/resources will be provided.
SEASON TEAM FEES
$1450 - includes practices; stick-work, speed training and conditioning sessions; weekly workout schedule; coaching; uniforms; tournament fees
Tournaments - team hotel options for each tournament will be available for youth players and families. Links will be provided via email once rosters are finalized.
