For athletes and families interested in pursuing collegiate lacrosse, Arc provides comprehensive recruiting support throughout their high school tenure. Educating student-athletes and their families about the college recruiting process, landscape, timeline, communication with coaches and film begins in ninth grade. 

Beyond educating our athletes and families, we will support them individually as the recruiting process is not a ‘one size fits all’ concept. Tailoring the process based on academic, athletic, and geographic goals is key. Honesty and open lines of communication are also paramount in setting up realistic expectations and guiding student athletes towards their best academic and athletic fit.  

Navigating the college recruiting process can be time consuming and stressful. It is our goal to provide clear and honest guidance to relieve some of that pressure. First and foremost, the process needs to be self-directed, driven by each student-athlete. Playing a collegiate level sport is no small undertaking. Therefore, the work and preparation leading high schoolers to college level sports is analogous to the work they will do once they get there. Arc coaches look forward to providing the tools and support along the way, while also sharing in the joy of achieving success.
